Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services (such as game charging, activation keys, and virtual items), all sales are final. Once a digital item or service is delivered or processed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

• Before Processing: Customers are eligible to request a cancellation and a full refund only if the order execution has not yet started.

• Exceptional Cases: In the rare event of a technical error from our side that prevents the successful delivery of the service, the case will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.
